click on TOOLS then OPTION command as shown below or
Click doble in menu ruler and then click edit scale
specify the units that will be used
specify a scale that will be used
example :
make a box on the menu rectanggle (F6) and then determine the appropriate size unit
click menu tool box dimensions as shown below, and select horizontal or vertical dimension
click on one corner and hold it until the next angle between the angle that would click in the given size as shown below
